Shipping Policy

Flat shipping fee of $5 applied to all domestic orders. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping of all orders. Please shoot me an email for international orders.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, your order may take a bit longer to arrive (1-2 weeks delay). Thank you for your patience!! Please don't hesitate to contact me at procrasticranes.co@gmail.com or @cranesforchange_ on instagram if you have any questions about your order. All orders are sent through USPS, though shoot me an email if you'd like to upgrade with other options. Thank you so much! 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect?

All sales are final, and I don't accept returns. However, if the product arrived damaged/defective/incorrect, please send me an email and I will re-make your order & send a replacement.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email procrasticranes.co@gmail.com with: 

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

Order hasn't arrived yet?

Unfortunately, the post office has lost my packages before ;-; if it has been a few weeks and you still have not received your earrings, please shoot me an email at procrasticranes.co@gmail.com or DM me on insta! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll send you a new order right away.
